We want you to love your Seed Heritage purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and proof of purchase.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Online Purchases
  • Log in to your account at seedwears.com and follow the returns process.
  • Pack your items securely, include the original receipt, and ship them back to us.
  1. In-Store Purchases
  • Bring your items (with tags and receipt) to any SEED store for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
  • Final sale items (e.g., promotional or clearance) cannot be returned.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
